*Carbon Treatment Units*
	The GILBEYCO 620CT carbon treatment unit is based on our 620 series filter unit, but instead of filter media it contains a cylinder which is filled with carbon granules, and has a mesh filter top and bottom. The solution to be treated is then circulated through the unit - the units are supplied with 7m of flexible hose, and a tank can also be supplied to allow solutions to be treated offline.






	As an option, at extra cost, the unit is available in "reverse flow" configuration, shown on the left. In this system, the solution is fed into the top of the cylinder, flows down through it, and exits from the bottom - rather than the standard configuration which circulates from bottom to top. This method gives slightly more efficient treatment.
